oxycodone and oxycontin are SO addictive. Beleive me i know, I am very very very very very careful with them as I have to use them sometimes for chronic pain. The feeling one gets from them really makes you feel warm, fuzzy and perfect.... while your on them..

I had to take them for a week and a half once for a severe Fibromyalgia flare and let me tell you I experienced everything an addict would coming off of them and it was NASTY. Horrible. Worst feeling EVER. Maybe if i tell you it will help you to not think about them in that way, because I sure know how you feel.

Baiscally coming off them leaves you with headaches, severe stomach pains from.. lets just say intestinal "upset", thats the nicest way I can put it.. dizziness, vomiting, rebound pain and a general feeling of having the worst flu ever.

And the thing is with these pills one begins to develop a tolerance right from the first pill. So its VERY easy to get yourself to dangerous levels with these pills.

I'm sorry your experiencing the cravings for them. As a recovering addict from hard drugs, I know what cravings are like and they STINK. But you can ride them out, distract yourself until it passes. And it helps if you make sure you have no access to anything like that.

Many hugs and love if safe.
