I was dx'd schizoaffective 3 years ago. Like you I've had voices most of my life, and paranoia along with some other things. I have visual hallucinations sometimes and not all my auditories are voices. I do have 2 voices that are constant and have been for 20 years (I'm 33), before that they were different, but still present. I don't have much in the way of help to offer, unfortunately. I can relate and understand, if that helps
