hey, my idea would be to look up crisis hotlines, teen hotlines or just whatever kind of free phone in place where you can talk when you feel this upset about things.
hurting yourself when you get upset is not a good way to do it. you can really mess yourself up and then they will have to take you to the doc. and they probably won't be very sympathetic.
find someone SAFE AND TALK IT OUT WITH THEM. you can find other ways to defuse intense feelings than harming yourself! you deserve better than that so treat yourself better, please.
