Helley....I am so sorry to hear about your new diagnosis... It can be challenging wrapping your head around it, it was for me. It took me years actually to finally believe what they were telling me, I thought that perhaps it was not the truth or perhaps I just didn't want to believe it!
Please keep posting and contact us when you are feeling low. It can be overwhelming but having faith that things will get better is what you have to do right now.... It is a cycle, and it does go up.... Sometimes we have to take it one moment at a time....in those moments we have to ask for help from those who are closest to us... Don't be afraid to ask for help! We are always here!
