Thank you for all your kind words and understanding
l see that at the moment yes l do struggle
l see no light just darkness that feels like it smoothers me
maybe as you say what l need to do is climb back onto the path
sit and rest and then
maybe l again will find a small light
feel the spirit and hope
and be guided back onto the path by loved ones who have gone before me
l need to believe that l can do this
l need to feel like l can do this
without my spirit, my hope ,my believe,my forgiveness, my light my life will continue to crumble l want to get back onthe path so maybe one day l may as you all do offer someone something.........some hope, some believe or just some kindness that has come from within me.
l hope your day is filled with kindness, love and spirit which will lift all your hearts.
today l pick myself up , brush myself off and step back onto the path to prepare for this journey...l expect nothing , l wish nothing ........l just want to be back on the path.......................................................
