thanks for sharing this jbug i worked with a girl who gave me great advice about my attitude.. it had to do with my work.. i was having a time trying to be cheerful all day and was beating my head against the wall... she said 'how our day goes depends on our first customer' .. after twenty or so years in the business i might have learned this point by now... but i hadnt and it struck me for the first time.. she was talking about my attitude.. not the first customers, but my own attitude... i could call the shots she was saying.. she was telling me not to let others place of mind be so affective on my own.. in other words, i could choose my own attitude.. thanks for sharing
