If you haven't been checked lately, this 'mature' age is time to have the thyroid checked to see how it's functioning. Dry skin that can't be replenished with moisturizers is one of my signs that my thyroid is not functioning well.


My favorite lotion is Jergen's regular old fashioned cherry-almond scented. Non-greasy and lightly scented. It feels really good to me.
