i used to deny it a lot. denial is also one way we used to help ourselves survive. but now, denial is getting in the way of the help u need.
as scary as fernfox's drawings are please remember they are about bad times YOU ALREADY SURVIVE ONCE!!! SO, that means it is your history, not your today. your T can help you do the work of healing and IT WILL GET BETTER.
