Hello Everyone
For the last week and half ive had terrible anxiety in the morning. I feel dizzy, weak, heart is beating fast, racing thoughts, feeling scared to death for no reason...etc. This lasts about 2 hours until my medication FINALLY kicks in.
How do I cope in the mean time? I've tried breathing techniques and positive affirmations...etc....but when im right in the thick of anxiety attack none of these work!
HELP!! It's taking over my life!
