I get so angry at self for letting mother amaze me time and time again...i'm not freaked or anything, so i'm learning. t will be pleased here's her latest...

my brother is staying in an apt. over top of the mother (it's a big house) they share the same phone line. well, i called and told her i was calling for him to see when and if he's getting the baby. so we hang up and i call back. she's been worried for months that he's listening to her phone calls...keep in mind.

well, i call back and talk with the brother. i hang up and she IMMEDIATELY calls me back and says, "well, i'm glad i just did what i did. i don't feel bad about making him move now. he said he has 1,000 to move on. great!". i said, "what?"

she said, "i picked up and listened and i'm glad i did. i feel much better now." and kept talking about that.

i said, "i'm glad he's moving too cause y'all freak me flippin out!" she said, "don't y'all me! this is the first time i've ever done that and i'm glad i did!". i got off the phone after hearing a few lines of her trying to back peddle because of my shocked response. i now know why she was certain the brother was listening and could without anyone knowing it. she's been doing it!

she then tried to state that she didn't think he was going to pick up so she tried to catch it, which is a lie. she knows that most times i have to call two or three times for the brother to get the clue that it's for him because the mother isn't answering. also, she had to have turned t.v. off and not moved a muscle for us to not have heard anything...oh, and she also told me about the "mute" feature.

she justified listening to his convo. she doesn't even recognize "me" and never has. it was my convo she listened in on it's triggering because the "chess game" has gone up in intesity. i'm so sad that i have to have contact with her right now. i told t months ago that i would have major space between us if it weren't for the baby. she's not helping much with care ( and for that i'm glad right now ), but she helps with diapers and clothes and making sure he's alright when the brother has him. i'm stuck

i'm so impressed with myselves more and more that we've come out of that family with just DID and that we're not mean, ugly, evil ppl. AMAZING. TRULY AMAZING.
