Are you on an anti anxiety med, because they make some that are fairly fast working and can take the edge off of that kind of anxiety. Is there something that is stressing you out about the morning? Is there anything that you could change in your morning routine that could help keep you calmer? Another thing is if you're not sleeping well, I found that it effects my anxiety, so you might want to examine your sleeping patterns also. I hope things get better for you soon, I know you have been really having a hard time with your anxiety.
