What is your medication regimen...maybe you could up the number you take at night so you could get a better sleep. If you're
not taking any at night, you might want to give it a try. Something to talk about with your doctor, I suppose.
My sympathies for your morning anxiety. Often I get "nap" anxiety, where I feel huge anxiety after taking a nap in the afternoon...which I often need, since my anxiety meds induce so much fatigue, and I have to get my brain going again to get any schoolwork done.
