Zen I used to have terrible morning anxiety from the time I woke up in
bed until I actually got out of bed.
It was terrible, I'd wake up and like 2 secs later I felt so anxious so I
had to immediately get up out of bed and distract myself from it.
Now with my meds I No longer experience morning anxiety but I
can definetly relate and sympathise with you.
I take a loinger lasting anxiety med that has eliminated morning anxiety.
Maybe you could look into something like that.
Mine happens to be diazepam and works well.
