Please say a PRAYER for my Sister ((( hugs )))

As some of you know this is my older sister that lost her twenty year old daughter in a fatal car accident, then lost her husband ten years later to another fatal car accident.... and now her present boyfriend of two years has been in a serious car accident and the doctors are not sure if he is going to make it after six hours of surgery.

My Thoughts:
What is going on here spiritually that this one lady is losing those that she cares about in car accidents. *confused*
