Last week, I signed up for a gym membership. But then I have been feeling icky about the fact that almost a week has gone by and I haven't been even one time! So tonight, I was exhausted (had a 6:30am teleconference! uuuugghhh), but I decided that tonight is the night - no more excuses! And I went! And did a very hard but fun Spinning class! And now I feel much better, especially because I know that now that I've gone once, it'll be easier to motivate myself to go again soon.

So my question to y'all is... what have you done or what will you soon do that is good for you? Something that requires some effort (eating broccoli doesn't count if you already eat broccoli all the time).

Anyone? Anyone?
