Any chance you can talk with a health care person about your meds soon? And/or do you have access to any sort of "nurse line" where you can call and ask questions? Also, are you in therapy?
I myself had a bad reaction to Zoloft, fortunately the crisis line worker I happened upon knew to ask about my meds, knew that what I was reporting was probably med caused, and she was of great help. I was able also to see a psych nurse the next day.
In my oh so not-professional opinion, the medical part of what you are experiencing ideally will be addressed soon. That comes first.
Otherwise, do you have any way to vent the anger safely for now? Beat up a pillow? Scrawl words and images in a journal? Go for a fast walk?
I want to put in my vote though for -talk to a health care person soon- though above all.
One last idea if you aren't doing this already, keep records, jot down somewhere when you the severe anger and lashing out, keep track.
Good luck,
Sarah
