im sorry you are having problems like this, i dont know which email company you are with, but check your sent mail box, if you dont have one see if you can set one up just for your piece of mind, have a look in DiD and see if you can find anything that would be similer

i know my hubby had lost time recantly he wrote about in health, one paticular time he wrote a poem and doesnt remember writing it , its longer than his normal poems
