Really, really rough weekend, huh? Those are lies that you should not ever, ever believe. Made mistakes? Sure. Maybe made a lot of mistakes? Sure. Can they be overcome? Sure can. Will it be easy? Heck no. Am I here to support you? Absolutely!! If only we could take a huge eraser and erase those bad, negative thoughts that we've lived with for years, it would be much easier.
