I'm new here but not to the disorder. I've had the same kinds of things going on in the past (intercepting thoughts, people against me, etc.). Geodon worked pretty well for that, but I had some side effects that forced me off of it.
Never got the voices too bad... they popped up now & then and were mean/insulting but weren't prominent. Mainly I've dealt with insomnia, self-isolation, paranoia, visuals and delusions based on the assessments of all the psychiatrists. Zyprexa worked best for this, but made me gain lots of weight.
I recently took a year off my meds to see if I could swing it, but it's looking like I have to get help again in a bad way. So I'd say stick with the meds and keep trying them until you find the right ones. I've gone downhill rapidly based on what everyone's telling me, and I feel it too.
