when things are so very hard it can sometimes be very hard to imagine that this will ever be anything other than the pain you feel today. the pain of loosig loved ones is very very real but hunny this pain will pass and things will become better again. l know you say that you dont believe in you anymore but we believe in you.We see your love , your care, your compassion for others and now it is time to award some of the beautiful qualities to YOU. You are special and you deserve some good things too, you can do this we believe in you and seethe strengths that you cant right now. That doesnt mean they are not there because we can see them
be good to yourself and try do something good for you
