Good for you, (((((LMo))))) = that's AWESOME!! I struggle with the preparation involved of going to the gym, (anxiety etc.), but I always feel much better once I've been, and it's helping immeasurably with my mood, and, of course, the agoraphobia, plus it helps me feel more opptimistic about the future.
