But calling them and saying I dont like you now I am mad you are thinking this and this and uggghhhh leave me alone. LOL thats not the best way. Yesterday at my daughters school meeting the teacher made me so mad. I smiled at her and said thanks for this. LOL when i was thinking about throwing her water in her face. I have yelled bad words at the starbucks guy when I said I want a small hot chocolate ( I never go in there) and he said by small do you mean short or tall???????? I was like just fu+++ng suprise me why does this have to be so fu++ing confusing???? Ok so that was bad. This has all been in the last 4 days and my anger has really came up. Its weird.

Actually I got it for my girls a long time ago at the local dime store and they stuck it in their drawer or closet, so I kidnapped him for here at work. Good guess on those explosions
not being the healthy way to release anger. LOL.
But, if you've never known it's ok to express anger, you're like a kid in a candy shop with endless money. You have to find the balance. Smiling at the teacher, saying thank you out loud and mentally sticking your tongue out is a good way.

I have to watch myself because sarcasm sometimes just flows from me before I can stop it and that's a coping tool I need to ditch. Take your baby steps and you'll find what works for you!
