Thanks everyone. It seems to me that I am trying to rationalize what I did though because I'm scared of the unknown.

I think in the long run, esp. with the this company, it will be for the best, but there are always those doubts esp. with change for me. I still haven't heard back from my boss and that makes me nervous.
