Of course you're not overreacting or annoying. We are just concerned for you. Night times are horribly hard for me, too. I totally understand. That's when the activity of the day is over and your facing a long night where sleep doesn't come or if it does it's filled with things worse than you ever thought possible. I've always suffered from nightmares--I'm 39 and can still remember some of my worst ones from childhood. Most of them I can laugh at now (like my cousin turning into a wild pig and chasing me down the road! scared the crap out me!) but some still scare me. When I lived in Virginia Beach I went 4 nights with zero sleep--none, not even an hour. I was too scared. Finally the doctor I worked for told me to go home, take some Benadryl and if I don't go to sleep, don't come in to work. You aren't alone, you aren't overreacting and you aren't annoying. You're real and you're hurting. But don't let it negate all your progress. OK?

(Good Lord do I ever babble!!!! Sorry)
