I actually have therapists. One was out sick and the other one had been busy. Things just built up. On thursday my emdr therapist came in after being sick and found an hour for me to come and talk. It helped so much. I also became clear about what the next level of therapy I needed. Which was listening to me and listening to me. I need to take a break from processing and just talk and process what i have already.
