I went on it this past summer, and I only stayed on it for a few weeks, and when I came off, I was unaware of the side effects of withdrawal, so I had no idea what was going on.
I was very very dizzy, no appetite, many mood swings. The best thing to do is recognize the symptoms, remember that they are side effects and NOT you sinking back into a bad place.
But, if anything is really concerning, just go to the doctor of any kind. I personally like calling Telehealth Ontario (registered nurses that assess you/answer Qs, etc) ...if you live in ontario, that is. they are much less judgemental that regular doctors i think.
