Jmo/jme, but having a few good cries can be cleansing although it can drain us. Perhaps draining us is a good thing...we no longer have to put on that mask that covers our feelings.
Crying jags are, for me, one way to get rid of a lot of frustration, fears, controlled anger, and a host of other things.
