Sounds like that train is going 90mph down a steep mountain track that's full of curves??? Can you call your T tomorrow and see if you can get in tomorrow?? Or as soon as possible. Tell hubby when the appointment is and have him make sure that you go. Even if he has to drag you, tell him to get you there.
