yup! they refused to change their clocks when this all came about! i used to live in New Mexico, their neighbor to the east, and it was sometimes frustrating to call an Arizona business...cause their time was more than different from ours.....it was weird........i went to an Indian rodeo one time and actually ended up being two hours late.......and i'm NEVER late for anything....they had a really wild Governor in those days and i'm afraid that i can't remember his story or her???
