Sometimes when we step out in faith that therapy, etc. is going to make things better, it's downright scary and disappointing to find out we are not going to sail through...
There's a certain kind of hell we have to walk through--crawling is all right, too--before anything gets better.
When we are doing the work we need to do, it can be overwhelming and give us the OS feeling. It's like we can't go back to where we were, the present stinks, and we have serious doubts about the future being good.
In many ways, you are right on schedule...as painful as that feels right now.
Talk with your T; don't keep him/her guessing as to what's going on...knowing will help your T address these things with you. It can be a ******, but it's a valuable way of shaking off some of the fear and hopelessness.
