I know you can do it, you've been doing it. I know how desperate you feel, but you can hang on, you can pull through. Continue to breathe long deep breathes. Cry and cry and cry. While you're crying, though, think about a place that is beautiful and calm and makes you happy. For every bad thought you have, try to think of that place, or think of something that makes you smile--your bunnies, something to settle your mind. You CAN do it.
