Well, the good news is that you can begin feeling better, no matter the cause, by building yourself up - which many of us do here - and also by talking to a professional, which, to me, is a wonderful tool, or joining in a real live support group, which are powerful to help us out of 'holes'.
Did you know we have some support chats here?
Look at the calendar and pick one to start, and visit it a few times, If you like, add others. I have tried many different types, and I don't have the same issues, but it's okay, they don't mind you being there.
It's good learning, and somewhere, you may hear the right words to help you that day.
Otherwise, I use alot of self-help books and a real live support group, a dance group, and cd's on relaxation, guided imagery and affirmations.
You... you can try lots of things to get out of being in 'stuck' and move forward.
