You are not "weird like that" It means you have a depressive episode going on & for most people when they go to the ER/hospital doctors unfortunetely have the habit of rolling their eyeballs back into their sockets & you FEEL like they just took an ink stamp that says "psych case" & smacked you straight on the forehead w/ it. You sit in a room while nurses & doctors mill around, looking at you like you're from another planet.................however, if you can just sweat it through that part & get to the (I hate to say the word) psych ward.......there are people there who treat you like an equal person who's going thru a tough time and they in turn try to give you what you need!

I realize it AIN'T that easy....I'm a psych nurse.....admitted at my own place of work.......think I want to go anywhere for help w/ that in my permanent health record? That's a BIGGER rubber stamp they hit you with. But here I am, I live across the street from the ER...I can be suicidal as .....heck......and I won't go!!!

You say you keep everything inside...so do I but I do try to write it down in my journals from going totally mad! You may not realize it yet, BUT my girl, you have taken that first step just by posting here!!!

All you have to say is "HELP!!! I NEED IDEAS!

You just might se a little light in your near future!
