I think it can be. It was for me in one stage. I couldn't sleep right all summer really. now it's switched around and I sleep more than I should.

I'm sorry sleeping's hard right now.... if you haven't already, maybe try setting aside 30 minutes - an hour before bedtime to have low light, and relaxing activities? Might not do anything... just a thought
