I have had the same "crawling-out-of-your-skin" sensations that you mentioned and the best thing for me is to force myself to get out of the house and take a walk however hard it may be. Walking for me has been very uplifting even though I have to force myself to do it most of the time lately. Getting on a daily routine will help as well.
