My eating goes from eating too little to too much and at the moment it is hovering over eating too little but not quite. Today I wasn't going to eat but then decided that I'd go out and buy bread and cheese.
Hours later I've had:two slices of bread, two slices of cheese. A yoghurt thing. Nearly 100g of peanuts. 100g of chocolate. Three chocolate biscuits. About 5 cherry drops.
I am supposed to be trying to lose weight, what good will all that food do me???


I go from not eating an apple because I don't want the extra 80 calories to keeping on dipping into the peanut tin even though I KNOW how high in calories and fat peanuts are

.
I also don't have any scales at the moment and since I can't be bothered trying to buy some, I have to go off body measurements and they are not pleasing!
