So I have NPD also, and learning about yourself blows. At least it does for me. Apparently I'm not very insightful. But don't worry so much about the labels, and like others said you personally don't need to do anything. Hell, I'm in therapy (since I was 12/13) and I still don't fully understand the NPD. And I don't care.

I'm not too familiar with HPD. I know that that's histrionic, but what exactly does it entail? That's like the only disorder I don't have in the cluster B of personality disorders. I got the other 3 covered... pretty well I may add.
