Call your t and tell her. She cares and wants to help you. Make sure you are breathing slowly and holding it in for a second or two. It's time to give the guilt you feel your butterfly wings--let it fly away, you stay and learn to live happy. Your guilt has had its time with you, now is time for hope, faith and happiness. Slowly they will come. Let the guilt go.
