I am pathetic...
I just dialed the number for my local mental health place (aka crisis line)
and I let it ring once and then I totally freaked out, and started shaking,
slammed the phone down, hurried and got my tool, and... well...
you can guess the rest... Gawd I am so stupid!!!!
