((2bfree)) it is very difficult to watch those we care for suffer or anyone suffer.... use your sensitive awareness to alert you of these things which are less than what you want for yourself or others.. you can be active and a part of diminishing these cycles by speaking about it with others, express what you feel, describe your inner fear to others who you trust... gather support with friends and family to help stop the cycle..
we can take action to end the abuse and we must if there will be more peace for us all... there are probably community programs you can get involved with... the local police department might have more info for you... or you might check the community boards in your area for groups that are more healthy in mind and spirit.. be as careful as you can about what you choose to expose yourself to... a good part of good health for others is personal safety in tune with your own... friends often influence our level of health simply by association... since none of us are perfect and prefer company to eternal solitude, find a comfortable health level for yourself and choose friends and relationships in that relative health zone...
