People worry because they care, and I know it hurts to see people worrying about you, but they worry because you matter to them.

I don't have the same experiences as you but I know how hard it can be just just hang in there- but you're a tough person and tough people can last through tough times. It's unfair that hard issues and levied onto good people, such as yourself, but I'm sure you can make it through.
