Its hard for me to make friends also. I have trust issues and fear of rejection if I let that wall down. I agree with Kimmy. There are times I dont know what to say and there are times I do and to speak would be innapropriate (sp). Sometimes you just have to put yourself out there. Its not very easy to do.
I have a few close friends, mostly people I went to high school with and one I have known since kindergarten. I have two friends I have met in the past three years and they are wonderful. I keep a close nit bunch. I like it that way. That was I can be there for all if need be or vise versa.
Listening, trust, loyalty and honesty is key to friendship or any relationship for that matter. That kind of relationship should be nutured and cared for always.
