thank you for your kind instructions to me, ive rarely needed to explain the cycle but it is not a scary thing to me either... for me, everything is sacred, even tears, i am made to pause a moment in appreciation of what may be around me that i am yet unaware of and in that way, honor all... and it doesnt hurt to be aware
