My nutritionist in Little Rock says 3 small meals a day plus one snack.

My T is also an eating disorder T so she says 6 small meals which is more to my liking. I think that is more reasonable also. My T and I are working on my eating habits as well as all my other junk. I know though I just put another load of laundry in LOL. I was tired and thought I could go to sleep but nope and I have a rule that I can't be in my bed unless I'm sleeping so after about 20 minutes if I'm not sleeping or sleepy enough that I'm about to go to sleep I have to get up and do something or move to the couch to try other techniques to get to the point that I can go back to bed. So I figured since I was up I might as well do another load of laundry.

I hope tomorrow goes as well as today has.
