Hello Everyone 
My back has been aching for the past 3 days! It is a stabbing, throbbing, pulsating pain on the lower part of my back.
I've tried extra strength Tylenol.....doesn't work. I've tried putting a heating pad on.....works a bit. The pain level is about say 1 being not bad to 10 being extreme pain...it is a 10 while I am laying in my bed.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm barely getting any sleep due to the back pain.
