I think that your thread would not of been considered hijacking if posted within Doc John's thread defining hijacking.

He did say, "Most people who engage in this behavior probably don't realize what they're doing, and don't mean to do it." This post would of supported his statement.

However, I think it's great you are being honest and desire to remain supportive to the threads. BRAVO!!!
