Since August of 07 I have been having a lot of medical problems and I have had six surgeries, the last one being about three months ago. They have all been in the same spot because my "case" was rare and the doc had no idea what he was looking at. Anyways I just recently got the ok to be able to get physical exercise after just over a year of pretty much being stuck indoors and on my back. So I have been getting regular exercise now for about two weeks. My therapist said it should help very much with my depression. But lately I have been feeling a lot worse. I dont know if it has to do with the exercise, but that is the only thing I can think of that has changed. Do you think it's possible for physical exercise to worsen depression? Or do I just sound crazy!
