Hi! I'm cheers I am now here I to have depression along with some other disorders , I was what they call a wellness coach at the YMCA for a year now and I have ran to quit a few people who get more depressed when they work out and I'm one of them. I can't speak for you buy my whole thing was being alone, do you work out alone or do you have someone with you? There are ways if you are working out alone to make it more fun, or just to get out your and thinking about other things, thing that make you smile
