Cool reads thanks for contributing everyone. Check out the 10 Days to Self Esteem. It is a book. A magic book.It is a workbook so you can write in it ( unless you borrow it from the library). It takes WAYYYYY longer then 10 days. So that parts a lie. At least it wasn't my truth. I worked on the exercises and then would take them with me to therapy. My therapist suggested the book and we did it. It talks about self-defeating beliefs, mood logs, cognitive distortions, etc. Let me know what ya think. Ciao.
