Excerise can be depression if you are in pain and your muscles are stiff, try to do exercise to music you like or watch funny tv. Maybe you are trying too hard to exercise, try walking slow and for 10 minutes then grad. walk for long periods each week, 10 min one week, 15 the next and so on.

Things will get better and try not to stress over your exercising, give yourself credit for just doing 5 mins.. And if you are in MA and have just had the time change, that can be depressing as well.
